Thai–a–Fly has been producing this amazing little critter for New Zealand Feather Merchants for years. It is their BEST–SELLING dry fly, most notably for fishing to the huge trout in their lakes. Another accolade, straight from the mouth of our Bluegill in our tank. Now "it" loves terrestrials, crickets, hoppers, ants, bees. We have also dangled many little bugs — sans hooks — before him, but after one grab, he is never fooled twice…except for Sparky's Spider. He inhaled this fly fifteen straight times, and we didn't rest him. Just pulled it from his mouth and threw it in again. It was like a catnip toy for a Bluegill.
