Seadrift Texas in the grand scheme of destination fly fishing trips is easy to get to. Fly in to either Houston, Austin or San Antonio, scoop a rental car and in about 2.5 hours you will spot the ocean and arrive at the lodge. Accomodations vary from cozy and comfortable two bed style rooms to entire deluxe houses with ocean views and plenty of room to spread out, all depending on your party size. Two anglers to 10, Bay Flays Lodge has you covered. All room options are circled around the main lodge building where amazing breakfasts and dinners are prepared as a part of your stay. The food is very good, but the staff really stand out as a huge reason you will want to go back as soon as you leave.
